Without a doubt, iPhone is one of the most developed mobile transportation system created today. - It is difficult to use the iPhone touch screen for those who have big fingers. With iPhone, you can't open or send files through Bluetooth.

There are also some complaints about the iPhone software. For instance, voice dialing is not supported in iPhone; there are only 25 tunes that you can use as a ringtone and it is not possible to use iTunes music as ring tone. You can't edit or originate Ms Office documents in iPhone, you can only view them; there is no Flash support for web browser, this means that you can't entrance those multimedia rich sites.

Note that many of the complaints mentioned above have been eliminated since the publish of iPhone 3G. If you have an old iPhone, you should upgrade it to 3G as the second generation has some major improvements. But, we find that the iPhone 3G still doesn't support 'cut & paste', voice dialing and multimedia messaging. But, you can add third-party application to use voice command or voice dialing. The good news is that there are always new third-party applications being created for iPhone.
